NEERGABBY, AUSTRALIA: Virginia Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, has shared deep doubts about the circumstances surrounding her death.
The 41-year-old advocate was found dead on April 24 at her farm home in Neergabby, Australia.
Her death came weeks after a serious car accident, and while a family statement mentioned suicide, both Roberts and Giuffre’s lawyers have questioned that claim.

Virginia Giuffre’s father questions official explanation of his daughter’s death
Sky Roberts appeared on ‘Piers Morgan Uncensored’ on Thursday, May 1, where he spoke emotionally about losing his daughter.
“Well, first of all, I couldn’t even believe it. I mean, I started crying right away. I’m still crying. I can’t believe that this is happening. It’s impossible,” said Roberts.
He questioned the official explanation, saying, “And then for them to say that she committed suicide, there’s no way that she did. Somebody got to her.”
Roberts had previously spoken out following Giuffre’s death, joining her lawyer Karrie Louden in calling for a full investigation.
Louden told The Sun on April 28 that the news left her in disbelief. “When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’ Because there was no sign that that was something she was considering,” said Louden.
In a statement released on April 25, Giuffre’s family said, “Giuffre lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim…”
They described her as “a fierce warrior,” adding, “She was the light that lifted so many survivors. Despite all the adversity she faced in her life, she shone so bright. She will be missed beyond measure.”
Amanda Roberts, Giuffre’s sister-in-law, told People, “She was one of the most beautiful souls you would ever have the chance to meet. But I think sometimes that load and that weight becomes too much to carry.”

Virginia Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, described his daughter as a survivor who turned her pain into purpose.
“I think she’s strong, very strong,” he said. “She had too much to live for. She had her foundation.”
He added, “I want people to remember her as someone who got out of a bad situation and made a good situation out of it. She was helping a lot of other young girls that were feeling the pain of what goes on with people like that.”
Adding to the suspicion around her death, an old tweet from 2019 resurfaced after the news broke.
In it, Giuffre had declared, “I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. If something happens to me…do not let this go away. Too many evil people want to see me quieted.”

Sky Roberts slams fake Prince Andrew photo claims
During the interview, Piers Morgan also brought up the infamous photo of Virginia Giuffre with Prince Andrew.
Some have claimed the image was fake, but Roberts dismissed that idea. “Virginia sent the original picture, so I know it wasn’t faked. She was there with him,” said Roberts.
Speaking about the millions out-of-court settlement in 2022 involving the Duke of York, Roberts said it was a sign of guilt.
“I don’t care for him at all. He’s a powerful royal figure and he just thinks he can do what he wants to do,” he added.
